ARA Protection, designer of the first soft security furniture made in France: events and news
From an everyday object to a low-impact safety device, the ARA coat rack was born out of a reflection on how to manage the first few minutes of a critical situation. An original idea, developed and tested to blend in with the furnishings of public spaces.
After winning a silver medal at the 2026 Concours Lépine International, ARA Protection has confirmed the value of its innovation: a hybrid security coat rack designed to enhance personal safety in public access buildings (ERP).
ARA Protection is an innovation in workplace safety: a discreet coat rack that, in the event of an attack, allows you to alert others, deter the attacker, and protect yourself during the critical minutes before help arrives.
